Skin School.

Understanding a few things about your skin is important to keep it ready for anything. It's not difficult, Primps Charming. You don't have to spend a lot of cash or time to get what you want from your skin. Drink water and don't eat sh!t food.  Wash and moisturize your skin when it needs it.  Use sunscreen. Got it? Class dismissed. Studious types can get further details below.  Word.

SHINE UP.

Day

  • Wash your face and exfoliate regularly, especially before shaving making sure to moisturize afterwards.

  • When drying your face and body after washing, always pat dry and never rub.

  • Always  use a non-comedogenic facial moisturizer that contains an SPF rating of at least 15.

  • When bathing, use a body buffer to remove dead skin and hair and remember not to rub too hard.

  • Do yourself a favor and drink plenty of water and eat quality food for healthy skin from the inside out.

Night

​

  • Change your bath towels and pillowcases regularly so you’re not sleeping and drying yourself in filth. 

  • Going out to bars, parties, and clubs?  If you or others smoke, your skin will pay a price so quit or avoid. 

  • Be sure to clean and pat dry your face, moisturizing well before going to bed.

  • Never underestimate the power of a good night’s sleep to rejuvenate and protect your skin.

  • Take it easy on the drugs and alcohol rock star, everything you ingest is reflected on your skin.

Anytime

  • Before you bare your balls, do a testicle exam and if you feel a lump, talk to a doctor stat.

  • Remember to wash and dry your face and body immediately after working out to avoid clogged pores. 

  • Go to the doctor if you notice irregular spots on your skin.  Skin cancer can kill, dude.

  • If you can afford it, go to a spa for the day.  Get some professional advice for that baseball glove you call a face.
